The Beauty of an Ombre Bowtie

When I started Stranger Ties, my goal was to create fun bow tie patterns that were a little bit out there and full of personality. Whilst it might not seem it at first, ombre bow ties fit that idea perfectly. They’re not too in your face, but they finish off an outfit perfectly whilst allowing you to incorporate the very specific colours you love.

The very first ombre bow tie design came from a custom request for somebody who wanted a sunset bow tie ranging from a vibrant yellow to a deep purple shade. Since then, I’ve had countless requests for ombre colour combinations for weddings and proms, with a particular focus on pinks.

Ombre bow ties are still consistently one of my best sellers when it comes to formal attire and wedding party accessories, and I think it’s easy to see why.
