Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your order, I accept returns on items that haven’t been worn or used. You’ll need to request a return for refund within 30 days of receiving your order, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Once I receive the item back in its original condition, I’ll issue a refund promptly.

Exchanges

I’m happy to accept exchanges as long as the item hasn’t been used or worn. Just contact me first at info@strangerties.co.uk to let me know, and then return the item to my address:
